Description.
Comprising 108 spherical beads of matt black agate. The necklace is linked by four barrel-shaped red agate beads with natural banding, arranged symmetrically along its length. The central pendant is a teardrop-shaped Dzi with rounded edges. It shows patina from ageing. Liao Dynasty (916–1125) or later.
