The upper section features a small bezel housing a brilliant-cut diamond, connected to a rigid bar set with additional brilliant-cut diamonds. Suspended from it, with movement, is a pendant centered by a pear-cut smoky quartz of 4.54 ct, framed by a bezel lined with a continuous row of diamonds.
