Description.
A celadon-coloured porcelain bowl, made using the moulding and glazing technique. It has a truncated cone-shaped body with open walls that rise gently towards the mouth, which is wide and slightly curved. It rests on a short ring-shaped foot. The exterior decoration is composed of an elegant relief design of lotus petals arranged in a double band; the upper petals are interspersed with the lower ones, harmoniously framing the surface. The interior is smooth and even, with a translucent greenish glaze, characteristic of Goryeo celadon wares. The base shows traces of firing residue.
Height: 8 cm; Diameter: 13.8 cm
