Description.
Made in glazed porcelain. It represents the figure of Buddha seated on a large base in front of a niche. The base imitates the appearance of carved wood with gilded details. The niche appears to be made of root wood with the corners decorated with spiral and gold borders. The enamel of the Buddha figure simulates the appearance of jade or stone. On the base it has a four-character Qianlong 乾隆年制 seal 乾隆年制.
