Description.
Polychrome and gilded glazed porcelain, in the form of a circular plate with a lobed rim. The centre is decorated with a heraldic shield surmounted by a helmet and a bird, surrounded by floral bouquets. The design is attributed to the Pires de Carvalho e Albuquerque family. The rim is adorned with a double geometric border interspersed with flowers and an outer border of undulating plant garlands.
