Description.
A circular piece of glazed and polychrome porcelain. The centre features a heraldic shield with a helmet and a phoenix, surrounded by lambrequins and plant motifs; the design is associated with the Pires de Albuquerque family. The rim is distinguished by a wide cobalt-blue border decorated with stars and an inner border of white spearheads.
