Description.
Watercolor on paper. An Orientalist scene depicting the exodus or migration of nomadic communities through desert landscapes, featuring an imposing pack camel and human figures dressed in traditional attire. It stands out for its impeccable mastery of water and color, using the transparency of the paper to simulate the intense desert light, a distinctive feature of the school of Valencian watercolorists to which he belonged. Signed and dated “Sempere” in the lower left corner.
Size: 89 x 68 cm; Size including frame: 98 x 78 cm
