Rectangular bronze censer, with Chongzhen mark

A bronze censer with a rectangular base supported by four small triangular feet. It has a short, deep body, with an outward-curving profile decorated with fine reliefs of three vertical lines in relief, above which is a short, narrow neck that ends in a flat, upturned mouth. On the base is an elongated ten-character seal ‘崇桢壬午冬月青来监造’ in relief.
