Description.
Made of orange-red agate with an exceptional alternation of natural concentric bands in white and cream, creating a defined linear pattern. The piece has an elongated shape, widening in the centre, with rounded ends. It shows patina due to ageing. Liao dynasty (916–1125) or later.
