Description.
Carved and polished red agate pendant in the shape of a pendulum or stylised drop. The piece is solid and has a conical main body with rounded edges that ends in a point, with an upper section topped by a small neck and a perforated tubular knob for use as a pendant. Intense red colour. Liao dynasty (907–1125 AD).
