Description.
Deep, intense red jade with subtle colour variations. It has a slender cylindrical shape with a central longitudinal perforation and exterior decorations in low relief featuring volutes, arches and circles. It shows patina that attests to its age. Liangzhu culture (approx. 3300–2300 BC) or later.
