Description.
The front is presided over by a deep blue pear-cut faceted topaz, weighing 17.27 ct. It is framed by a bezel on which are placed four rectangular claws, the entire structure being lined with a total of 42 brilliant-cut diamonds, with a total weight of 0.14 ct. It rests on a high gallery that rests on broad shoulders in definition.
