Description.
Ritual porcelain object or Wheel of Dharma, decorated with pink glazes. The piece is structured in three parts: a flared base on which rests a shaft with two openwork plant motifs, which in turn supports a lotus-shaped bowl, crowned by the Wheel. The entire surface is covered with Buddhist motifs such as lotus petals, tendrils, and auspicious symbols. The base, glazed in turquoise, bears the six-character seal “大清道光年制” in iron red.
