‘Cayetana’ walking doll by Muñecas Diana, featuring a plastic head and an articulated papier-mâché body with a tear duct. It has a working internal walking mechanism that synchronises the movement of the legs with the turning of the head; dressed in her original period organza dress and bonnet.
