‘Señores de Cunha’ shaving bowl, 20th century

A porcelain shaving dish with a wavy rim and a wide indentation on the side. The centre features a heraldic coat of arms depicting a winged dragon, belonging to the Portuguese Cunha family. The design is completed by four floral bouquets. The rim is distinguished by a wide dotted border, framed by fine geometric borders. The base bears a five-character stamp (永勝彩瓷廠).
