A set of 49 traditional Chinese bronze coins, circular in shape with a central square hole, assembled with red string. The coins are inscribed in Chinese characters on both sides, imitating the style of coins used during the imperial dynasties. Coins of this type are commonly used for decorative purposes or as good luck charms in Chinese culture. 20th century.
