Description.
Comprising nine jade seals in a translucent greenish-white hue, each topped with a carving representing various mythical animals. The seals have inscriptions engraved on their sides. Presented in its original matching jade box, the lid of which is engraved with a scene of three sages conversing in a garden. The bases of the seals retain the cinnabar pigment in the seal-style characters. Qing dynasty (1644–1912).
