Set of ring and earrings in 18k yellow gold, pearls and diamonds

Ring and earrings with a flat, narrow arm. The surface is covered with 42 brilliant-cut diamonds, with an overall weight of 0.13 cts. Towards the front, their lines undulate to form a knot. Both parts are topped respectively by a 9 mm. pearl set ‘in the air’.
