Description.
Set of 18 Moser crystal glasses in three sizes. ‘Splendid’ design, Art Nouveau style. The base of each glass is cut crystal with a diamond point pattern, and the rim is finished with a wide band of 24k gold engraved with scroll and arabesque motifs.
The whole world saw the beauty of the Splendid glassware collection in 1947, when Czechoslovakian President Edvard Beneš gave it to the future Queen of Great Britain, Elizabeth II, as a wedding gift.
