Description.
Seal carved in "shoushan" stone with a light, slightly ochre hue. Over an elliptical base which emulates a cloud with incised details, the body of a fierce dragon appears curled up and covered with fine and small scales, bulging eyes and gaping maw. Between its four sharp claws it shows a big sized pearl. Three characters and traces of sealing wax appear engraved on its base. Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912) Possible 19th century.
