Description.
A circular silver mirror with a background richly decorated with filigree motifs. In the centre is a large white jade set with carved natural motifs and a 'Shóu' character. Surrounding it is a circle of gem-set tourmalines and small details of flowers and leaves in brightly coloured enamels. Among them are twelve Chinese characters of double happiness. Qing Dynasty (1644 and 1912) 19th century or later.
