Description.
Small bronze box with lid, made in an archaic style reminiscent of the Han dynasty. The piece has a compact and stylised zoomorphic shape, representing a tiger or feline in a crouching position, and rests on four short legs. The exterior is covered with incised characters and a greenish oxide patina.
