Description.
A finely carved jadeite box, almost square in shape. It has a carved inscription on the lid, filled with pigment and traces of gilding. There are small holes on the sides and a four-character Qianlong seal '乾隆年制' (Qiánlóng nián zhì) on the base. Shows wear and minor flaws.
