Description.
A stamp carved from soapstone with a rectangular shape and a square base. The upper part is surmounted by the figure of an anthropomorphic rat, depicted standing, dressed in a traditional tunic and holding an object between its front paws, probably a scroll or book, a symbol of wisdom or knowledge. The head of the rat has a warmer tone, in contrast to the body of the figure and the body of the seal, which shows streaks of grey and white tones characteristic of soapstone. The base is embossed with the seal design.
