Description.
Empire-style table clock in white marble and gilt metal. The front of the clock is decorated with a grid of central ovals with floral motifs. At the top of the clock is a freestanding figure of a small cupid holding a bow in his hand and riding a panther. The garniture is crowned with gadrooned columns from which hang three curved arms and on which a vase rests. Made by the company Lenzkirch, Germany. Its logo and serial number are engraved on the machinery: 946619. The mark defines the approximate year of manufacture, around the end of the 19th century.
