Terracotta vessel, Zhou Dynasty (1,100 - 771 BC)

Incised terracotta decoration - It has a flat base and a globular body decorated with a latticework of rhombuses in the lower half and undulating lines in the upper half. In addition, it features two molded spirals.

It were made for being part of the grave goods.

Provenance: European private collection.
