Tibetan seed and Dzi bead bracelet, Qing dynasty

Comprising an alternating pattern of 18 seed beads and 19 Dzi beads made of agate. The seed beads feature a complex lobed shape with a dark patina. The Dzi beads, crafted from agate, are decorated with white bands on a dark background, including ‘eye’ motifs and lines. The piece is finished with a metal clasp from which hangs a thread tassel. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912) or later.
