Carved from two-toned jade, with light shades at the base blending into darker areas. Crowned by a reclining mythical beast with an elongated body and raised head, with a watchful expression. The base bears the inscription ‘含碧堂’ engraved in bas-relief. Ming dynasty (1368–1644)
