Description.
Fanzi (簪子), or traditional hairpin, made of white jade with a beautiful reddish-amber skin or shell. It has an elongated, narrow body, adorned at the top with the image of a reclining bird, its long, curled wings shown tucked close to the body. The head is erect, crowned with beautiful, sinuous feathers.
