Description.
High-purity white nephrite jade. The piece has an unusual tubular shape with a smooth body. On the front, a relief stands out, taking advantage of the natural ochre and rust-coloured patina to carve the character ‘Shou’ in a stylised, geometric variant. Qing dynasty (1644–1912).
