Description.
White jade with dark mineral inclusions and natural veining. It has a stylised form and schematic features, with the hands clasped and hidden beneath the sleeves, a long triangular head and a tall headdress, representing ‘Wengzhong’, one of the ‘three treasures’. Ming Dynasty (1368–1644) or later.
