Description.
Rectangular seal carved from white jade. The handle is sculpted in the round as a hare in a reclining, compact pose, with its ears back and legs bent under its body. The seal matrix reveals an incised carving of three characters: “昔閣印”. Qing dynasty (1644-1912), Qianlong period (1736-1795).
The piece is accompanied by a gemological certificate issued by Hong Kong Kowloon Jade & Jewellery Laboratory LTD in 2025. SC241749.
