Catalogue notes:
Painter born in Garriguella (l'Alt Empordà). He was self-taught. On his trip to Paris, specifically at the Georges Pompidou Center, he discovered abstract expressionism. In 1980 he held his first exhibitions and in 1983 he exhibited at the Caixa de Figueres, Banyoles i la Jonquera. He continued holding exhibitions and creating works within the sphere of gestural and lyrical abstraction.
