Choker consisting of a fine link 9k yellow gold chain supporting a heart-shaped pendant in 14k yellow gold, adorned with a line of baguette-cut rubies arranged in a channel along the contour of the heart. The composition is accompanied by small brilliant-cut diamonds. Clasp clasp.
