Description.
Screenprint on paper by the artist Yuri Dupond (1961). The work presents a bucolic landscape with Impressionist influences, characterized by a vast meadow in the foreground where vibrant splashes of red bring poppies to life amidst blades of green, wild grass. In the middle ground, the perspective draws the eye to a small group of rustic houses with white walls and reddish roofs, flanked on the right by stylized cypress trees. The composition closes in the background with gentle hills beneath a sky of muted gray and blue tones. Signed in the plate by the artist in the lower left corner "Dupond" and numbered in pencil as a limited edition "445/495" in the lower right corner.
