Watercolor on paper. A realistic still life of antique objects. The composition shows an antique articulated doll sitting motionless on a cracked earthenware platter or fruit bowl, with cups, plates, and bowls, some clearly cracked or broken into pieces, scattered across the table. In the background, to the right, a large ceramic jug decorated with subtle floral motifs and a large tear in the tablecloth stand out.
