Description.
Carved agate, short and rounded cylindrical in shape, with a markedly widened centre, a longitudinal perforation and blunt ends. The piece is made of agate in an almost black greyish tone with areas of white, which are distributed to form an ‘eye’ design. The surface shows a notable patina due to ageing.
