Blue and white enamel porcelain vase “Dragon”, with Guangxu seal

Porcelain modelled in the shape of a vase, with a circular base and a rounded body, crowned by a narrow, short neck. It is decorated with underglaze blue and white enamels depicting a scene featuring a ferocious, three-clawed dragon with a sinuous, scaly body flying over a sea of ​​flames and ruyi clouds, among which are masks of imposing monsters. The whole is framed by two borders, arranged on the neck and base, of lotus scrolls and fine petal-shaped cartouches. At the base is a six-character seal "大清光绪年制".
