Description.
Carved white jade, smooth and milky in appearance. It shows a representation of the Buddha in dhyanasana, with both legs bent and his torso straight, his shoulders relaxed and his arms resting in his lap, holding a sphere between his palms. The expression is serene, with narrowed eyes and lips in a soft smile. The curly hair is tied back in a high bun, revealing the elongated ears. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later.
