‘Casa Florido’ doll, Spain, c. 1929

A doll by Florido, 1919 model. It has a body made of felt and cardboard. The head is made of papier-mâché, with fixed glass eyes, painted features and mohair hair. It is dressed in a pink organza dress with ruffles and a period-style openwork collar.
