Fan-shaped oil painting by "J. Reus", 20th century

Oil on cardboard, the shape of which is reminiscent of a fan, framed by a mat uniquely fitted to the support. Characterised by an artistic composition divided into two main thematic sections with a distinctively traditional Spanish folk art style. On the left-hand side, an exuberant and detailed bouquet of roses in shades of pink and purplish red stands out. The right-hand side features a vibrant bullfighting scene depicting the ‘tercio de muleta’ phase, in which a bullfighter dressed in his traditional costume performs a pass against a fierce bull. Signed ‘J. Reus’ in the lower right-hand corner. In good condition.
