Hertel-style porcelain doll, Schwab & Co., Germany, c. 1910–1915

Hertel & Schwab-style porcelain doll. Made from mould 150, size 6. Features an impeccable bisque head, with ‘150 / 6’ marked on the nape of the neck, and closed eyes. Articulated composition body with later antique repainting, a short brown wig and a period knitted outfit.
