Description.
White jade with a marked crackle pattern across the surface. The piece has an organic shape that emulates the citron fruit, known as the ‘Buddha's hand’, suggested by incised lines. The work has an ovoid shape with a short neck topped by a matching white jade stopper. Qing dynasty (1644–1912).
