Longwy, glazed ceramic plate ‘Birds’, early 20th century

Deep plate or circular dish. Decorated with a central scene featuring two birds among flowering branches laden with fruit. The wide rim is decorated with a thin cobalt blue border. Manufacturer's mark on the base next to the number ‘252/5677’, used from the early 20th century until 1950-1955.
