Lace fan with mother-of-pearl ribs, featuring delicate hand-crafted floral and geometric motifs that frame a central panel painted with a courtly romantic scene set in a garden, signed “Laurey” in the lower right corner. The smooth, polished ribs are decorated in the central area by highlighting the material’s natural veining, revealing a continuous surface of iridescent mother-of-pearl. Presented in a reddish wooden fan case.
