Pendant with natural mother-of-pearl and 18kt yellow gold

Pendant in 18k yellow gold with natural mother-of-pearl. The front is formed by a circular, slightly convex piece of natural mother-of-pearl that is cut out, centred at the top, by a new circle that is left empty, giving the piece a definition of original design. It is attached by means of a clamp to a wedge-shaped handle.
