Porcelain plate ‘Coat of Arms, Portugal’, 20th century

A circular polychrome porcelain plate, decorated with a central Portuguese coat of arms, flanked by a royal crown and cherubs. The coat of arms is set against a ‘tiger skin’ background in ochre tones. The rim is finished with a cobalt blue border decorated with golden scrolls and scrollwork. Made in China for export.
