Polychrome porcelain plate. The centre is decorated with the coat of arms of the Portuguese Morgado de Sobral de Monte Agraço family, surmounted by a helmet featuring a rampant goat, a band bearing the inscription: ‘HEIS NOMEN JORON’, and six bouquets of flowers in the European style arranged around the rim of the plate.
