Shapland & Petter-style dining set, 20th century

A trestle table accompanied by four upholstered chairs. Crafted from carved and openwork wood, the chairs feature ornamental decoration on the front panel, curved legs and a high backrest – elements reminiscent of Renaissance-inspired designs. Shows slight wear due to age.
