‘Sofía’ doll, Spain, c. 1950–1960

‘Sofía’ doll, a composite figure with short brown hair, blue glass sleeping eyes and a slightly parted mouth with jagged teeth. The grille for her acoustic mechanism is still visible on her back. She is dressed in a sky-blue sleeveless dress and white sandals. One of the sandals is missing and the other is damaged.
